BNP Paribas Real Estate expands Hotels & Hospitality team in Spain

BNP Paribas Real Estate is restructuring its Hotels & Hospitality team in Spain with two key appointments: Iñigo Soler as Associate Director and Bibiana Bermúdez de Castro as Senior Consultant.

Soler joins the firm with previous experience at Knight Frank and CBRE, where he focused on real estate advisory, investment operations, and capital markets. In his new role, he will lead advisory and investment operations to strengthen the firm's market position. Bermúdez de Castro brings expertise from Minor Hotels Europe & Americas and Aldaba Partners, specifically in hotel real estate investment and expansion processes for international operators such as Radisson Hotel Group and Travelodge.

The strategic move comes as the Spanish hotel sector experiences significant growth and remains one of the most dynamic segments in the national real estate market, driven by sustained tourism demand.
