Boakye Agyarko campaign alleges TESCON voter register manipulation

The campaign team for Boakye Agyarko, an aspirant for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Chairmanship, has raised concerns regarding the integrity of the Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON) voter register. In a letter to the NPP National Elections Committee, the campaign alleged unauthorized adjustments, deletions, and potential additions to the membership list ahead of the October 3 national executive elections.

The campaign team requested that the committee halt any unilateral updates to the list that do not follow established party guidelines. They further called for the publication of a verified electoral album to allow stakeholders to scrutinize the list and ensure only qualified members participate. The team stated they would resist any attempts to manipulate the process to favor specific interests.
