Boalemo Police seize pickup truck carrying 70 containers of subsidized diesel

Police in Boalemo, Gorontalo, seized a white Wuling pickup truck suspected of transporting 70 containers of subsidized diesel. The vehicle was intercepted on August 6, 2026, near Jalan Trans Desa Lamu in Tilamuta.

The driver, identified by the initials SP, was reportedly transporting the fuel from Atinggola, North Gorontalo, toward Marisa, Pohuwato. Authorities also seized the vehicle's registration documents and keys. The case is being investigated by the Boalemo Police Criminal Investigation Unit for the alleged illegal transport and trade of subsidized fuel under oil and gas regulations.
