Boalemo Regent opens selection for RSUD Drg. Clara Gobel Director

The Regent of Boalemo, Rum Pagau, has officially opened the selection process for the Director of RSUD Drg. Clara Gobel. The opening ceremony took place at the Boalemo Regency Health Office on September 7, 2026.

During the event, Pagau emphasized that the hospital is a central healthcare hub intended to meet the needs of the Boalemo community. He noted that achieving optimal healthcare services is a gradual process and expressed the need for leadership that can realize the expectations of both the local government and the public.

The Regent highlighted the importance of increasing the capacity of civil servants, particularly medical personnel including general practitioners and specialists. He stated that the selected director must possess professionalism, strong moral responsibility, leadership character, and the ability to foster a supportive working environment for medical staff.
