boAt reports 38% PAT growth and zero bank debt for FY26
Indian consumer lifestyle technology brand boAt has reported its financial results for FY26, showing significant growth in profitability and balance sheet strength. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) rose by 38% to ₹84.5 crore, up from ₹61.1 crore in the previous year, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by 53% to ₹114.3 crore.
Revenue from operations reached ₹2,931 crore. The company reported improved capital efficiency, with Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) increasing from 11.5% in FY25 to 15.2% in FY26. boAt ended the fiscal year with approximately ₹397 crore in cash reserves and zero bank debt, having reduced finance costs by approximately 72% through the repayment of short-term borrowings.
Operational improvements contributed to the results, including a 30% reduction in warranty expenses. Notably, the wearables business transitioned from a segment loss of approximately ₹54 crore in FY25 to a segment profit of approximately ₹7 crore in FY26.
