Bob Burnquist discusses X Games League team format and Rayssa Leal

Bob Burnquist, General Manager of XC São Paulo, will appear in an SBT Sports special to discuss the MoonPay X Games League and its transition from individual competitions to a team-based club structure. Burnquist expressed interest in recruiting Brazilian skater Rayssa Leal for a future season of the league.

The special will also cover the recent winter season draft held in Los Angeles, where over 180 athletes competed for 40 available spots across four clubs: XC Golden State, XC New York, XC Park City, and XC Whistler. Each club will consist of ten competitors, split between men and women in skiing and snowboarding. The winter season is scheduled to debut in Aspen between January 29 and 31, 2027.
