Bob Dylan performs rare songs during European tour

Bob Dylan has begun his 2026 European tour with a repertoire featuring several rare performances and new covers. During recent shows in Oslo, Norway, and Gothenburg, Sweden, the veteran songwriter introduced live debuts of Randy Newman’s ‘Louisiana 1927’ and Guy Clark’s ‘Dublin Blues’.

In addition to these new covers, Dylan revisited older material, performing ‘Crash on the Levee’ for the first time since 2005. His recent performance at the Scandinavium in Gothenburg also marked the first appearances of ‘Girl from the North Country’, ‘Spirit on the Water’, and ‘Every Grain of Sand’ on this specific EU/UK tour leg. The setlists continue to evolve, incorporating tracks from various eras including ‘Rough and Rowdy Ways’ and ‘Another Side of Bob Dylan’.
