Bobar banka pays 15 million KM to creditors in partial bankruptcy distribution

Bobar banka, currently in bankruptcy, has completed its first partial distribution of assets. Bankruptcy administrator Aleksandar Vićanović confirmed that creditors in the first four payment ranks have been fully compensated, totaling 15 million KM.

A small number of creditors in the fifth payment rank have yet to receive funds due to missing documentation, though the necessary funds have been reserved for them. The bankruptcy process, which began in 2017, involves total creditor claims of approximately 214 million KM, with over 50 million KM currently held in frozen accounts. The administrator is now working on liquidating remaining assets and resolving court proceedings to facilitate further payments.
