Boca Juniors players Carlos Palacios and Williams Alarcón face uncertain future

The future of Chilean players Carlos Palacios and Williams Alarcón at Boca Juniors is being questioned following a decline in their performance and playing time. Journalist Martín Ribas noted that both players have lost standing with the coaching staff.

Palacios has struggled to replicate the form he showed at Colo Colo and has yet to fully connect with the fanbase, despite maintaining a lower profile regarding off-field issues recently. Similarly, Alarcón has seen a drop in performance and consideration from the team after an initial period of promise.
