Bocelli family: Andrea performs for Pope; Matteo announces Chile tour

Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli recently performed at a prayer for peace presided over by Pope Leo XIV in Castel Gandolfo. The event, titled ‘Cantico di pace’, was organized by the Andrea Bocelli Foundation to commemorate the eighth centenary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi. Bocelli was accompanied by the ABF Voices choir, consisting of 164 young people from nations including Israel, Palestine, Uganda, Haiti, and Italy, many of whom have experienced war or poverty.

In other news, Matteo Bocelli is scheduled to perform in Chile on October 21, 2026, at the Movistar Arena as part of his ‘Falling in Love Tour’. Following his appearance at the Viña del Mar Festival, tickets for the concert are available through Punto Ticket, with various seating tiers ranging from ‘Primeras Filas’ to ‘Platea Alta’.
