Bodhi Tree Multimedia reports 72% revenue jump in Q1 FY27

Bodhi Tree Multimedia reported a 71.54% year-on-year increase in consolidated total income for the first quarter of FY27, reaching Rs 31.58 crore for the period ending June 30, 2026. The company’s EBITDA rose 160.6% to Rs 4.07 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) increased 64.84% to Rs 0.78 crore.

The company noted that the PAT margin was impacted by a temporary timing difference where production costs for several early-stage shows were booked ahead of revenue recognition. During the quarter, the firm produced over 50 hours of original content for television, OTT, and digital platforms.

Strategically, Bodhi Tree Multimedia secured a mandate from the Government of Assam to manage the state’s official digital content platform. Additionally, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Tripura to develop digital media and technology infrastructure to establish the state as an AVGC content hub.
