BODIVA and Marques SA launch new student scholarship programs
The Bolsa de Dívida e Valores de Angola (BODIVA) has launched the third edition of its Scholarship Program. Managed by Cristina Giovanna Dias Lourenço, the initiative aims to support Angolan students entering higher education for the 2026/2027 academic year. The program provides full coverage of tuition and academic fees, along with educational materials, internship opportunities at BODIVA and partner institutions, and professional mentorship.
To qualify, applicants must be Angolan citizens under 25 with a high school average of at least 14, have passed higher education admission exams, and demonstrate financial need. Applications are open until October 9, 2026.
In Portugal, Marques SA has introduced the ‘Açoriano Oriental’ scholarship to support the training of new engineers in the Azores. The program offers up to two scholarships per academic year, valued at 3,000 euros each, paid in monthly installments. Recipients must be tax residents of the Azores and enrolled in a recognized bachelor's or master's degree program. The initiative includes integration into Marques SA during and after studies, with applications closing on October 31.
