Bodrex launches national health initiative to combat worker burnout

Bodrex has launched a national health initiative titled “Pasukan bodrex 5 Menit Jeda, Kembali Siap untuk Indonesia,” running from August 21 to October 21, 2026. The campaign encourages individuals to take five-minute breaks to recover from daily stressors and improve productivity.

The initiative addresses rising health concerns among Indonesia's productive-age population. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in February 2026 indicates that average weekly working hours in Indonesia have reached 41 to 43 hours, exceeding the standard 40-hour limit. This issue is compounded by the high mobility of 7.9 million commuters and constant digital information exposure.

Research from the Indonesian Ministry of Health suggests these conditions contribute to continuous overload, burnout, decreased immunity, and brain fatigue. The CSR program, which has been active since 2006, aims to promote healthier habits to help citizens remain physically and emotionally resilient.
