Bodrum market fight leaves one injured and six detained

In the coastal town of Bodrum, Muğla province, a dispute erupted in a chain supermarket when staff and a group of television‑set crew members argued over a cigarette purchase. The confrontation quickly escalated into a brawl.

During the fight a market employee used a knife to slash the throat of a crew member, causing a 2‑3 cm superficial cut. The victim was taken to Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Hospital for treatment. Police arrested six people involved and are charging them with intentional injury.
