Body Sense Institute hosts parenting support classes in Toyama

The Body Sense Institute has held a series of corporate-led parenting classes in Toyama Prefecture to support expectant and new parents.

In Imizu City, a session focused on making weaning food easier and more enjoyable, alongside a mini-money seminar regarding educational funds held in cooperation with Mitsubishi UFJ Bank. The event hosted 14 families and included practical demonstrations on baby care and postpartum self-care.

In Kurobe City, the institute collaborated with the local childcare support group ‘IKUJI Mama Hot Station’ to host a small-group session. This program focused on preventing parental isolation by teaching postpartum pelvic care, various baby-holding techniques, and providing a space for community interaction among parents.
