Boeing India partners with CRPF to develop para-sports hub

Boeing India has partnered with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) to transform the National Divyang Empowerment Centre (NCDE) in Jawahar Nagar into a dedicated hub for para-sports. The initiative aims to strengthen training, infrastructure, and support for differently abled CRPF personnel.

Implemented through Boeing’s CSR partner, Sahyog Care For You, the partnership will provide sporting equipment, sports medicine facilities, professional coaches, and nutritionists. These resources are intended to help NCDE athletes, who currently train in disciplines such as archery and shooting, compete more effectively at international levels, including the Paralympics.

CRPF Director General GP Singh noted that the collaboration will help improve the quality of life for differently abled personnel and increase the recognition of Indian para-sportspersons globally. The CRPF also continues to provide modern prosthetic devices to enhance mobility for its personnel.
