Bogasari Baking Center provides culinary training for Surabaya SMEs

The Bogasari Baking Center (BBC) conducted a two-day free training program on September 23-24, 2026, for 25 residents of the Tambaksari District in Surabaya. This initiative, supported by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's Bogasari Flour Mills division, aims to assist the Surabaya City Government in fostering new small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and enhancing the capacity of existing ones.

The participants included 20 established SMEs under the guidance of the Surabaya Manpower and Industry Office (Disnaker) and five aspiring entrepreneurs, including three housewives and two recent university graduates. The training focused on both hard skills, such as food product manufacturing, and soft skills, including management and marketing, to help participants increase their business turnover.
