Bogi Puskás-Dallos discusses mental health and motherhood

Hungarian singer Bogi Puskás-Dallos has shared insights into her personal growth and mental health in a recent cover interview with Marie Claire. Approaching age thirty, the artist described a shift toward greater self-awareness and a focus on listening to her body’s signals.

She revealed that she experienced physical symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, which served as a “stop sign” prompting her to take a hiatus from work during January and February. During this time, she paused her podcast and professional commitments to focus on travel, spending time with her son, and reading.

Puskás-Dallos also addressed her decision to seek psychological support, rejecting media characterizations of it as a “low point.” She explained that seeing a psychologist is a proactive way to dedicate time to her mental well-being. Additionally, she discussed the challenges of balancing her creative career with motherhood, noting that being a parent has allowed her to show a more authentic, unfiltered version of her personality.
