Bogor City prepares to inaugurate Paledang-Pasir Jaya Bridge in October

The Bogor City Government has announced that the construction of the Paledang-Pasir Jaya Bridge has reached 95 percent completion. The project, which connects the Paledang and Pasir Jaya sub-districts, is scheduled to be officially inaugurated in mid-October 2026.

Vice Mayor Jenal Mutaqin stated that the remaining work includes finishing touches, floor coating, and the installation of railings and a gateway. The construction, which began in late June 2026, required technical recommendations from the Water Resources Management Office (PSDA) as the bridge spans the Cisadane River. The project is funded by the Bogor City regional budget (APBD) and is expected to significantly improve mobility between the Bogor Tengah and Bogor Barat districts.
