Bogotá Botanical Garden Launches Unified Citizen Service Channels

The José Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden in Bogotá has published a comprehensive set of official channels for the public to file requests, complaints and general inquiries. Service desks are located at the main entrance on Calle 63 #68‑95 and operate weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with administrative staff available 8 a.m.–1 p.m. and 2 p.m.–5 p.m. The garden also provides a fixed telephone line (601‑4377060) with extensions 1000, 1088, 1094, a WhatsApp contact (313 502 5464), and internal lines for commercial claims (1012) and confidential reports of misconduct (1090). Online services are accessible through the garden’s website and virtual correspondence mailbox. These measures aim to improve citizen interaction, support environmental education, and facilitate reporting of animal mistreatment and noise pollution.
