Bogotá expands culinary and cultural offerings with new restaurant and festival

Bogotá is seeing new developments in its culinary and cultural scene. El Corral Gourmet, part of the Nutresa group, has opened a flagship location in Parque de la 93. The new venue, designed for 150 people, features a modern architectural style and a pet-friendly environment. The menu includes a variety of burgers, such as the 'Todoterreno' line, premium cuts of meat, and a limited-time Wagyu beef burger, alongside specialty cocktails and coffee.

Additionally, the sixth edition of the BogotáEats A Cielo Abierto gastronomic festival is taking place at Parque Museo El Chicó on October 17 and 18. The event features various local chefs and regional culinary proposals, including participation from Chef Álvaro Clavijo of El Chato. A scheduled drone show featuring spiral-inspired figures is set to take place on Saturday, October 17, as part of a brand activation by Oster.
