Bogotá hosts +Talante 2026 festival to boost Colombia's popular economy

From 16 to 18 July 2026 the Corferias convention centre in Bogotá will stage the third edition of +Talante, a festival organised by the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá to showcase Colombia’s popular and solidary economy. Around 700 entrepreneurs from sectors such as clothing, food, leather goods, jewelry, beauty, home goods, agro‑industry and crafts will present their products to an expected 15,000 visitors, while a farmers’ market will gather 40 agricultural associations under fair‑trade arrangements.

The event is free to the public and includes a Financial Connection Fair with more than 500 scheduled credit appointments, a Labor Connection zone offering over 1,000 formal job vacancies, and a Marathon of Free Advisory sessions led by 40 consultants on finance, legal procedures and digital marketing. Additional programmes feature a networking summit, workshops on electronic invoicing and tax regimes, and conferences with speakers such as Óscar Córdoba, Alberto Linero and Julián Pinilla. Mexico will attend as the invited foreign country, and the festival will also provide a gastronomic area, musical performances, cultural shows and family‑friendly activities.
