Bogotá strengthens musical status through major festivals

Bogotá is solidifying its status as a major Latin American musical epicenter through significant large-scale festivals. The Festival Estéreo Picnic (FEP) has transformed the city's cultural landscape by providing consistent access to high-caliber international artists, creating a strong connection between performers and a dedicated local audience.

Simultaneously, the Rock al Parque festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary. The upcoming edition will feature over 60 national and international acts at the Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park, including artists such as Mon Laferte, Serú Girán, and Editors. The festival's curation aims to bridge different musical generations and genres, reflecting the evolving history and cultural memory of the city.
