Bohumín and Třebov host various cultural and community festivals

Various cultural and community events are scheduled in the Czech Republic. In Bohumín, the final weekend of the holidays features a series of activities including a bat-watching night in Petra Bezruče Park facilitated by experts from the Orcus association and the Czech Bat Protection Society. This is followed by the eleventh annual Goulash Fest in Šunychl, a culinary competition involving various meats.

Additionally, the Bohumín Military History Club is hosting a night tour of the MO-S5 bunker on August 29, featuring historical demonstrations and activities for children.

In Třebov, the Třebovický koláč festival will take place from September 18 to 20. The three-day event features a diverse musical lineup including Vesna, Thom Artway, and Jana Kirschner. The festival also includes folklore performances, a market, historical demonstrations such as Napoleonic-era soldier displays, and various activities for children including a mini zoo and theater performances.
