Boi Garantido clears labor debts and projects positive cash flow

The Associação Folclórica Boi-Bumbá Garantido (AFBBG) has approved its financial accounts during a general assembly held in Parintins. The association announced it has successfully eliminated all its labor debts.

During the assembly, the board presented data covering the period from September 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026. While the group had R$ 4.7 million in outstanding commitments as of late July, it is expected to receive approximately R$ 5.8 million from sponsors, the Lei Rouanet, and other sources. Consequently, the association projects starting 2027 with a positive cash balance exceeding R$ 1 million.

President Fred Góes emphasized that the administration's mission was to recover the association, noting that the financial reports provided were fully documented with receipts. Additionally, the association's real estate assets are currently valued at approximately R$ 50 million.
