Boise Companies Report Leadership Appointments and Strong Q2 Earnings

Hendricks Commercial Properties announced new leadership for its Western Region, naming Shannon Eldridge as Vice President of Asset Management and promoting Cade Kennedy to Leasing Manager. The moves are intended to boost portfolio performance and leasing activity across Boise and other western markets. Boise Cascade Company released its second‑quarter 2026 earnings, reporting net income of $57.3 million ($1.63 per share) on sales of $1.831 billion, a 5 % increase from the prior year. The results were driven by growth in building‑materials distribution and a partnership with James Hardie that makes Boise Cascade the sole nationwide distributor of the latter’s exterior products.
