Boise State University expands athletic facilities and venue usage

Boise State University is implementing facility upgrades and strategic scheduling changes across its athletic programs. The volleyball program is set to return to ExtraMile Arena for its first match there since 2002, with seven additional matches planned for the 2026 season to enhance the fan experience and home-court advantage.

Simultaneously, the football program is entering a new era following the completion of a $70 million North End Zone Project at Albertsons Stadium. The renovation added approximately 1,600 premium seats. As the program transitions into the Pac-12, athletic director Jeramiah Dickey has set a goal of selling 23,000 season tickets for the upcoming season. Currently, the university has sold 20,593 season tickets.
