Bokeem Woodbine joins James Marsden in Apple TV thriller ‘Disavowed’

Bokeem Woodbine has joined the cast of the upcoming Apple TV action thriller series ‘Disavowed’ as a series regular. The project stars James Marsden, who also serves as an executive producer.

Written by Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, the series follows Brad Griffin, a legendary CIA case officer played by Marsden. After being abruptly fired during a global manhunt for an assassin who killed his colleague, the disgraced Griffin decides to pursue a $15 million federal bounty on the target himself.

Woodbine joins a cast that includes Norman Reedus and Sylvia Hoeks. The series is produced by Apple Studios and Blue Marble Pictures, with Michelle MacLaren set to direct the first two episodes.
