Bolder Digital expands virtual assistant services for Australian businesses

Tasmania‑based automation agency Bolder Digital announced plans to broaden its pool of trained virtual assistants for Australian companies. The expansion will cover bookkeeping, social media management, CRM administration and other support functions, offering small and medium enterprises vetted assistants who are trained on each client’s specific systems before starting work.

The move responds to growing demand from businesses that, even after automating lead capture and follow‑up, still require human judgement for routine administrative tasks. Founder Jarryd Holmes, a finalist for the 2026 Caresuper Business Excellence Awards in Innovation and Technology, said the service provides operational support without the cost and risk of hiring in‑house staff. Bolder Digital, which also serves clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, positions the virtual‑assistant offering as its fastest‑growing product line.
