Bolivia ANH sets diesel price for small RAU producers
The National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) has established a diesel price of Bs 9.80 per liter for small producers registered in the Unified Agricultural Regime (RAU) in Bolivia. Under the new regulations, which follow Supreme Decree No. 5698 and Administrative Resolution RAN-ANH-DJ-UGJN No. 0041/2026, eligible producers can purchase up to 2,500 liters of diesel per month.
To access this fuel, registered producers only need to present a valid national identity card (Cédula de Identidad) at authorized service stations and liquid fuel sales points. This measure aims to facilitate access to fuel for essential agricultural activities such as land preparation, sowing, harvesting, and product transport, addressing previous difficulties regarding fuel availability and supply shortages.
