Bolivia begins Juancito Pinto student bonus payments
Payments for the 2026 Juancito Pinto Bonus in Bolivia commence on Monday, October 26. The benefit provides Bs 300 per student, representing a Bs 100 increase from the previous amount of Bs 200. The government expects to benefit 2,256,646 students with a total investment of approximately Bs 690.8 million.
Beneficiaries can collect the funds through three methods: at authorized bank counters, via deposit into a Banco Unión account, or through the Yasta mobile wallet. To collect at a bank counter, registered parents or tutors must present their original identity card and a photocopy.
The program targets students in primary and secondary education within the regular education subsystem (public and subsidized schools) who have not turned 21 by December 31, 2026, as well as students in special education centers.
