Bolivia Lab launches 18th edition for Ibero-American filmmakers

The 18th edition of Bolivia Lab has commenced in La Paz, bringing together filmmakers from across Ibero-America. Held at the Universidad San Francisco de Asís, the laboratory focuses on a week of intensive work dedicated to developing selected film projects through collaboration between filmmakers, advisors, and organizers.

Viviana Saavedra, director of Bolivia Lab, noted that the initiative relies on collective spirit and the exchange of diverse professional experiences. She also addressed recent changes in the country's cultural institutions, which have presented management challenges for this edition. The program features industry specialists who provide expertise and tools to assist participants in advancing their cinematic projects.
