Bolivia launches productive credit trust as Grupo Campos partners with PGIM in Chile

The Bolivian government has established an 800 million boliviano trust to provide productive loans with interest rates between 6% and 6.5%. Managed by Banco Unión, the financing is available to individuals and legal entities involved in production and logistics. The program includes four modalities: operating capital with terms up to 12 months, investment capital for up to eight years, associative investment credit for machinery and collective assets, and specialized credit for heavy cargo vehicles covering up to 70% of purchase costs.

In Chile, Grupo Campos has formed an alliance with PGIM to launch an investment platform focused on Class A industrial and logistics real estate. The partnership targets a portfolio of nearly 200,000 square meters in the ENEA logistics hub near Santiago. The operation involves approximately UF 1.8 million in capital and long-term bank financing of up to UF 4 million for the acquisition and development of projects. Under this co-investment scheme, Grupo Campos will maintain a 10% stake in the joint vehicle.
