Bolivian community to showcase culture at El Bolsón festival

The Bolivian community will participate in the Fiesta de las Colectividades in El Bolsón, showcasing traditional dances, music, and gastronomy. Representatives Pablo Olaizola and Romeo Olaizola will lead the presentation of cultural traditions, including the Caporales dance.

The culinary offerings will feature characteristic dishes such as traditional peanut soup (sopa de maní) and pique a lo macho, a combination of potatoes, meat, onions, and spicy sauce. This participation follows previous community involvement in local celebrations, aiming to share the cultural richness of Bolivia with residents and visitors.
