Totora Real Oruro defeated Gualberto Villarroel San José 3‑1 in the tenth‑round match, overturning a first‑half deficit with goals from Daniel Porozo, Hallysson Padilha and Yhon Jairo Villegas to move up to eighth place in the league table.

Real Tomayapo earned a 2‑1 victory over Independiente Petrolero despite a VAR‑cancelled goal, a penalty conversion by Rodrigo Rivas and two red cards. Ramiro Egüez opened the scoring, Rivas equalised from the spot, and Javier Guerra secured the winner in the 80th minute, giving Tomayapo three points.
