Bologna FC targets midfield and goalkeeper reinforcements for January
Bologna FC is actively planning for the January transfer window to address structural needs following a tactical shift to a 3-4-2-1 formation under manager Raffaele Palladino. The club has identified the midfield and the goalkeeper position as primary priorities.
In the midfield, the club is searching for a player with the regimental qualities of Remo Freuler to provide stability. Warren Bondo, currently with AC Milan, has emerged as a preferred target for Palladino due to his previous performances under the manager at Monza.
Regarding the goalkeeper position, Bologna is exploring a move for Michele Di Gregorio. Currently at Bournemouth, Di Gregorio has a strong existing relationship with Palladino from their time at Monza. The club is reportedly in contact with both Juventus and Bournemouth to assess the feasibility of the transfer as Di Gregorio seeks more consistent playing time.
