Bologna FC undergoes squad changes with multiple player departures

Bologna FC is undergoing significant squad changes as several key players depart the club. Midfielder Remo Freuler has left the team, leaving a void in the midfield that the club has yet to fill with a player of similar tactical balance and positioning.

Striker Thijs Dallinga is also set to depart following a disappointing tenure. Despite a 15 million euro transfer fee from Toulouse, the Dutch forward managed only 12 goals in 80 appearances, leading the club to seek new attacking options.

Additionally, Argentine winger Benjamin Dominguez is expected to move to Sassuolo. After joining from Gimnasia La Plata for approximately 7 million euros, Dominguez recorded 4 goals and 6 assists in 49 appearances. His transfer is anticipated to generate a capital gain of roughly 3 million euros for Bologna.
