Bologna sports clubs undergo tactical and centennial transitions

Bologna FC is entering a new era following the departure of coach Domenico Tedesco. Incoming manager Raffaele Palladino is expected to implement a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Federico Bernardeschi potentially playing as an attacking midfielder or an inverted winger. The club is also evaluating defensive structures, including the possibility of a three-man defense utilizing players like Theate, Heggem, and Helland.

Separately, the sports club Virtus Bologna has officially begun its centennial celebrations. Marking one year until its 100th anniversary in September 2027, the club has launched the “Virtus 100” logo and a campaign titled “Tutta la vita.” The celebration includes a collaboration with the Fondazione Lucio Dalla to highlight the connection between the singer-songwriter and the city, alongside a project documenting the 100 most significant moments in the club's history.
