Bolsa de Lisboa opens higher led by Teixeira Duarte

The Lisbon Stock Exchange opened the Monday, August 17 session with a 0.16% increase, reaching 9,269.66 points.

Teixeira Duarte led the gains with a 0.92% rise to 0.49 euros, followed by EDP Renováveis, which increased 0.66% to 13.68 euros, and NOS, which rose 0.41% to 4.86 euros. Other companies seeing gains included Mota-Engil, REN, Banco Comercial Português (BCP), Semapa, Galp Energia, Jerónimo Martins, and Ibersol.

In contrast, Navigator and Altri saw declines of 0.25% and 0.11%, respectively.
