Bolshoi Theatre School Brazil holds auditions for new dancers

The Bolshoi Theatre School Brazil, a prominent institution for classical dance training located in Joinville, is conducting talent searches to identify new dancers for its programs.

In Ceará, a partnership with Diamante Energia has facilitated auditions in São Gonçalo do Amarante. This initiative allows children and adolescents to compete for spots in the school's Classical Dance Technical Course. The top three performers from this regional stage will receive coverage for travel and lodging to participate in the national selection process in Joinville. Successful candidates may enter the program in 2027 with full tuition waivers.

Among those finding success is 16-year-old Bruno Kenay Roque, who was recently approved in his category at the school. Roque, who began ballet training at age nine, expressed his goal to become a reference and inspiration for others through his dedication to the art form.
