Bolt document management and ANAF e-Factura compliance

In 2024, the implementation of the e-Factura system in Romania has introduced new requirements for managing fiscal documents generated through the Bolt platform. Legal entities and authorized persons (PFA) registered for VAT must now transmit invoices in the standard RO_CIUS format via the SPV to ANAF.

Key documentation required for compliance includes B2B invoices for rides or deliveries, documents reflecting Bolt commissions and service fees, and centralized collection statements.
