boltt announces 3+4 software support for Evo and Ace smartphones

boltt has announced its ‘3+4 Software Commitment’ for its Evo and Ace 5G smartphones. This policy establishes a long-term support roadmap designed to enhance consumer trust and device longevity.

Under this framework, both smartphone models will receive three major Android operating system upgrades and four years of security updates. Security patches are scheduled to be delivered at least once every quarter, though the company noted that critical updates will be released as needed to address urgent vulnerabilities outside the regular cycle.

Arnav Kishore, Founder and CEO of boltt, stated that the commitment aims to provide consumers with confidence by standing behind products for years after the initial purchase. The company noted that specific rollout timelines remain subject to chipset platform support, Google certification, and technical compatibility.
