Mustafa Bingöl, a resident of Bolu, has contested a 40,000 TL traffic fine issued in the Mardin province of Arkutlu. The fine, dated September 21, was issued on the grounds of allowing an unlicensed individual to operate his vehicle (plate 14 ADN 522).

Bingöl maintains that the vehicle was not in Mardin at the time of the incident, but was instead in Ankara being used by his son, a university student. He noted that the fine was issued during a time when his son was attending a lecture.

In response to the fine, Bingöl has filed an official objection at the Bolu Courthouse and submitted a complaint to the Presidency Communication Center (CİMER). To resolve the discrepancy, authorities are expected to review Kent Security Management System (KGYS) and license plate recognition records to verify the vehicle's make, model, and color at the time of the alleged violation.
