Bolzano civic groups announce new political alliance

In Bolzano, a new political alliance is forming between Angelo Gennaccaro’s ‘Civica’ and Juri Andriollo’s civic list. The groups aim to establish a joint council intergroup by December, potentially creating a significant territorial civic force that serves as an alternative to traditional political parties.

This merger could impact multiple institutional levels, including the municipal council, the province, and potentially the Chamber of Deputies in the Bolzano-Laives constituency. If successful, the intergroup would consist of seven councilors, matching the size of the Südtiroler Volkspartei and establishing itself as a major representative pole within the local assembly.
