Bombardier delivers 200th Challenger 3500 jet to Ferrari’s Piero Ferrari

Bombardier announced that it has delivered the 200th Challenger 3500 super‑midsize jet, handed over to Mr. Piero Ferrari, vice‑chairman of the Ferrari automotive group. The aircraft will be used for Ferrari’s travel to Formula One races and other business engagements. Executive Vice President David Murray called the delivery a defining milestone that underscores the jet’s strong market appeal, low operating costs, high performance and premium cabin experience.

The Challenger 3500 completed its first full year of deliveries in 2023 and has quickly become a category leader in the super‑midsize segment, attracting major fractional and charter operators such as NetJets, Flexjet and VistaJet. Bombardier highlighted the model’s rapid uptake as evidence of the company’s continued leadership in business aviation.
