Bonchon, located at 1718 Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro, received a score of 73. Inspectors identified eight violations, including the absence of a person in charge, improper hot holding temperatures for cooked chicken, and an expired 5-gallon bucket of kimchi. The expired kimchi resulted in an embargo of nearly 50 lbs of the product.
