BonelliErede opens new Milan headquarters in Porta Nuova

BonelliErede has officially opened its new 15,000-square-meter headquarters in Milan’s Porta Nuova district at Via Fatebenesorelle 1. The move consolidates the firm’s Milan-based professionals, who were previously distributed across multiple locations, into a single facility that will also serve as the hub for its offices in the EMEA region.

Designed to foster collaboration and support firm growth, the building consists of two towers connected by a central block. The facility features sustainable infrastructure, including photovoltaic systems, groundwater geothermal systems, and rainwater harvesting. The headquarters has achieved several high-level sustainability certifications, including LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, WiredScore Development Platinum, and BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit-Out Excellent.
