Bong Joon-ho to receive Stella della Mole in Turin

South Korean director Bong Joon-ho is visiting Turin to receive the Stella della Mole award from the Museo Nazionale del Cinema. The event, scheduled for September 23, 2026, at Cinema Massimo, includes a masterclass led by museum director Carlo Chatrian and a special screening of his Academy Award-winning film, ‘Parasite’.

The visit also marks the launch of a comprehensive retrospective of the director's filmography. During his current visit, the director expressed interest in the city's architecture, noting the potential for future storytelling inspired by the local porticos.
