Bonghwa and Bucheon strengthen ties through sports and agricultural exchange

Bonghwa County and its sister city, Bucheon, held a friendly bowling exchange event on the 10th and 11th to strengthen mutual cooperation. Approximately 50 participants, including government officials and club members, attended the event held in Bucheon.

Beyond sports, the exchange focused on economic and social cooperation. A direct sales market for Bonghwa’s local agricultural products was held at Bucheon City Hall, and officials participated in the Hometown Love Donation Program to support regional economies. The two cities, which have maintained a sisterhood relationship since 1997, plan to expand cooperation in areas such as agricultural distribution and culture.
