Bonobo theater collective to perform in Bari

The Chilean theater collective Bonobo will present its production ‘Estampida Humana’ at the Teatro Kursaal in Bari on November 10 and 11. Directed by Pablo Manzi, the performance serves as a national preview before moving to Rome.

The play utilizes grotesque elements and sharp irony to explore the fragility of human relationships and the social contradictions of contemporary coexistence. It examines how trust can be replaced by distrust and how fear can transform familiar social dynamics into exclusionary ones.

This event is part of an internationalization initiative by Puglia Culture in collaboration with Fundación Teatro a Mil, aimed at fostering connections between Latin American contemporary theater and Italian cultural networks. The production is also included in the ‘ATLANTE – Rotte artistiche per il presente’ project, a collaboration between Puglia Culture and the University of Bari Aldo Moro.
